Hailing from God's Own Country, Rajan Kunju arrived in Mumbai in early 1980s to begin his career as a Civil Engineer and then amassing invaluable experience in Construction methods and quality.

His diverse portfolio of constructing hotels in the beaches of Juhu to developing multiple Residential and Commercial complexes in Pune has solidified his career as a true Civil Engineer and a prominent Real Estate developer.

By having an enterprising father, Rahul was easily captivated by the Real Estate industry and then pursued his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia, Perth.

His immense interest and concern for the environment has governed the company's direction to not only make high quality properties, but also keeping nature and sustainability in mind.
